2. Information We Do Not Collect
Parcovi is a B2B tool that works with public-record and licensed property data. We do not collect that information directly from the underlying homeowners.

We use collected information to operate and improve the Parcovi platform, authenticate users, process subscriptions and territory purchases, deliver product notifications, generate reports and AI prospect briefs, support outreach workflows, comply with legal obligations, and detect fraud or abuse.
We use email addresses to send transactional messages such as account confirmations, billing receipts, security notifications, and product-related alerts such as digest emails or workflow updates. You can manage non-essential product email preferences in your account settings.
4. Third-Party Services
Parcovi relies on third-party providers to deliver core platform functionality:

- Resend: Transactional and operational email delivery.
- Vercel: Application hosting, edge delivery, and request handling.
- Direct Mail Provider: Physical mail fulfillment when you choose to send mail through the platform.
These providers have their own privacy policies. We choose providers that meet reasonable industry security expectations for the services they perform.
